Following a love of gab and good grammar, Jill has contributed freelance reporting to a variety of U.S. publications (e.g., People, Money, Time, More, Atlanta Woman, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Atlanta Catalyst, Newsday, New York Daily News, GO: Inflight Magazine of AirTran Airways and MyMidwest, the inflight magazine of Midwest Airlines); assisted authors and business executives as a writer and editor; done some freelance writing for CNN International; shared eco-friendly lifestyle ideas with the Atlanta Business Chronicle's Living in Atlanta magazine and CNN.com; holds certificates in nutrition science, plant-based nutrition and food & sustainability from programs with leading institutions; and was a virtual attendee of the Global Wellness Summit in 2020 and 2021, Global Wellness Real Estate & Communities Symposium in 2021, 2023 and 2024, and the Future of Functional Medicine Symposium and Global Wellness News™ media event in 2022. She is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College, with a year spent abroad with Smith in Hamburg; has also lived in Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada and Fairfield and Westchester counties; and was listed on the mastheads of Money magazine (under contributors) for three to four years.
